Step into a day of deep stillness and gentle restoration. This 12-hour silent retreat invites you to unplug from the noise and reconnect with your inner world. Held in sacred silence, this experience is a sanctuary for self-inquiry, reflection, and peace.

The day weaves together guided meditations, restorative yin yoga, personal journaling, reflective readings, and three nourishing plant-based meals lovingly prepared and served for you. In the final hour, we gently open the space for a soft, heart-centered sharing circle.

Whether you're seasoned in silence or stepping in for the first time, this retreat welcomes you as you are.
